Yes, you must be 18 years of age or older as our products contain nicotine.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You can pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Debit cards. Enter your card details via our checkout system and they will be validated and processed.
How do I set-up the monthly subscription?
By placing the initial order you will automatically be subscribed to your specified payment period. i.e. bi-weekly or monthly, the payments are automatically taken from your account.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged initially for the first payment and then all further subscriptions will be taken on the 15th or 30th day of each month.
Is delivery included within my subscription?
Delivery is included, all e-liquids will be delivered directly to your property.
When I subscribe, how long will my subscription last?
Your subscription will run month to month unless you have selected a pre-set package i.e. quarterly, 6 months or a year subscription package.
Can I pick the flavours for my subscription?
You have the option of choosing the flavours of your choice from our huge range of different flavours.
How do I select the nicotine volume?
This is selected once you have chosen your flavours, you have 5 options to choose from.
Can I update my subscription amount, flavours or nicotine?
All subscriptions can be managed via your easy to use panel, this allows you to increase your subscription, edit flavours and reduce or increase your nicotine percentages.
Can I change my designated delivery address?
Yes, we understand that people move properties. Simply login and update your address via your account details section. All future orders will be sent to the updated address.
